suggestion needed regarding motherboard

Hi, I'm new here. I need a lit help.
I wanted to get a motherboard. Should I get this one

B3 stepping is not mentioned. Is it a problem?
I know there are other better models out there. But I'm only concerned about this particular model.
Should I take it or not?

B3 stepping is not mentioned because this is a newer design and did not need any revision for SB or IB processors.

If this mobo suits you then buy it.
