Can my Zalman VF900 plug into my PSU or motherboard?

Hi,
I have a 2.33 Ghz Dell Core 2 Quad Q8200, with the following motherboard stats:

Motherboard Features:
Two (2) PCI slots
One (1) PCI Express x16 slot
One (1) PCI Express x1 slot
Four (4) DIMM sockets

I don't see a 3 pin connector, which is what my Zalman fan will hook up to.

My PSU will be this: http://microcenter.com/product/369035/Basiq_Series_VP45...

edit: here are the PSU's connectors:
1 x Main connector (20+4Pin)
1 x 4+4 Pin EPS/ATX 12V
4 x Peripheral
4 x SATA
1 x Floppy
1 x PCI-E

Can I buy a 3-pin to 6-pin connector to attach my Zalman fan to my PSU rather than my mobo?

Also I am running a HD 4850 if that matters. Would this card also need extra wiring or can I just plug it into my PCI-E slot?

I found your thread here http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1653522/stock-mo... and answered.

The connector you show is the one! You just got very unnecessary expensive PSU in the other post, look at another post, there is better choice, and it is modular as well.

I don't know your model but generally you need 6 pin connector, are you running your Antec and 4850 together right now? You are risking to burn something in your PC, 4850 requires 450 watt minimum and 30 A.
