How to Over Clock my cpu

So I have read a lot of over clocking tutorials on the Internet and seen how its done on you tube, but BIOS is like sorcery to me, since almost every BIOS differs I cannot find a single guide on a BIOS similar to mine and I'm not so sure whenever the things that need to be changed from the tutorials are the ones I'm looking at in my BIOS. Now I know that my cpu can be over clocked since it says so in its manual but I just don't want to risk my PCs health by doing it my self so i would like all of you EXPERTS to help me out

my specs are:
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 (2.5GHz)
Motherboard Foxconn P43AL

I want my CPU to be over clocked to 3.2GHz

I Hope that my cpu can be actually over clocked.

As long as you do not have the stock cooler and you know how to test your over clock settings...

Just increase the CPU clock in this picture:

Change it from 333 and go up, and keep an eye on your temps
