This system I need to know if all compatible and will be a decent machine to run games. It comes to Grand Total: $1,196.38 inc taxes and delivery I am also going to try building myself for the first time. Need to know if they are all compatible if I will need any cable ties or paste and if they will all fit in case and I will be able to build and get straight into the games. Thanks in advance any tips or alternatives appreciated.

All the components of your build are good enough.........But why are you going with a z77 motherboard since you are going to buy a 3570 (non k). I would suggest you to either save some money and go with a h77 motherboard or spend a few extra bucks and get the i5 3570k and stay with the z77.
If I were you I would go with the i5 3570k and a z77 because the i5 3570k is a pretty good overclocker and will make your build much more future proof.

so with this i should be able to play crysis 3 ok and graphic intense games like that? and it will all fit in the case and the psu is powerful enough for the componenets I have?

No the 7950 will smoke those cards even if there were 3 of them . The PSU that comes with the case is likely not the best quality. I would recommend getting a new one from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic. Rosewill is alright, but we do not know which specific PSU it is and some are not great.
