I am looking for a cheap cabinet (which would come in my budget) with a good airflow and a good look and a cooler.And Is the power supply enough?

If you are set on AMD and getting a discrete i'd say an AM3+ with a Vishera X4/X6 (or even a Deneb X4 if they are on sale dirt cheap) with a better GPU would be a better option ^^

Which will be the 'better' GPU?

If your funds are tight a FX-4300 or Phenom II X4 955BE would be fine

Not sure of prices where u at but at that price range i would think something like an AthlonII X3/X4 and at least a 1GB GTX 650Ti?
