upgrade from 7870 or crossfire?

Hey guys. I'm considering in buying another 7870 to crossfire with the current one. Just want to know if it's worth it and will it last me a while. Cause im aware of the 7990 which is coming out in may which is gonna be a beast of a card!
But wont upgrade to it.
Should I rather keep with this card for a while until the next card after the 7990 or just crossfire?

My specs are:
Intel Core i5 750
Gigabyte Z68 UD5
MSI radeon 7870
850watt corsair
8gb DDR3

It should last you a good while. The 7990 will be a much more powerful as it is 2x 7970 GPUs on one card, but also much more expensive.

Thanks man. Yeah but heard it will be alot cheaper than the titan and more powerful.
