HP Pavilion dv7-3067cl no display SOLVED!!

Ok so i have this problem where the capslock light blinks twice and according to the blink codes its BIOS corruption failure.
I have tried the hard reset removing bios battery etc.
i have re-seated the cpu .
I have tried windows key + B
I have connected to external screen , no display
I have read most of the posts concerning this problem but did not find a fix.

Can Anyone help me with this ?

If you can get into Windows or use a DOS boot disc, try reloading the BIOS (latest from HP's site).

How long did you leave the CMOS battery removed? Draining the system's current takes a couple of minutes. I've seen electronics reproduce the same problem after said reset, only to have them fixed by simply leaving power disconnected a little longer (3 - 5 minutes).

Hi guys

@scottiemedic i tried booting from a boot disc no luck.
@Prostar Computer i took out the bios battery , laptop battery and i did do a proper power drain and i left the components out for a couple of days no luck.

But last night as a last resort i re-flowed the board and it worked.....so what ever the problem was its solved now lol
