Hello everyone. I was hoping to get some feedback on a new gaming build. I wanted something that would be somewhat future proof while not breaking the bank (i.e. trying to stay under $2500). Here is what I am planning to build:

Case: Corsair Carbide 500r (was originally thinking about getting the C70)
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V (I don't plan to do serious overclocking so I downgraded from the Deluxe, but would Pro be better?)
CPU: i5-3570K
GPU: Evga 2gb gtx 680
RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengeance
PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk III Series 850W
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro Series 256gb
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Optical Drive: LG Black Blu-Ray
Fans: Noctua fans to replace stock fans (about 3-4 of them)

I would appreciate any comments/suggestions. Thanks!

this is cheaper yet it performs the same

-no need for a v series board if you arent overclocking much. even then they arent worth it
-680s are a scam when 670s perform the same
-cheaper ram that is just as good
-850w is overkill
-cheaper SSD that performs close enough that you cant notice the difference
-better case for cheaper
-no need for aftermarket fans
-do not get blu-ray if you dont watch blu-rays often
