How many years longer will the gtx 660Ti last still run games on ultra if overclocked?

how many more years do you reckon the Gtx 660Ti will last or be able to run games? Is the card able to run to games today like crysis 3 or tomb raider or even future games like metro last light on ultra high graphics if its overclocked?

The GTX 660Ti is still capable of playing games at Ultra settings. See link below for benchmarks. There are exceptions though such as Metro 2033 since it is below 30 FPS and Hitman since it is below 40 FPS. Both at 1920x1080 resolution.

Ultimately, it depends on what resolution you play at and what is the minimum FPS you are looking for. I think all gamers would agree at approx 22 FPS for Metro 2033 is too low to play. But I think a few would say that low 30's FPS for Hitman Absolution is still good enough for them.

I play at 1920x1080, its really weird those benchmarks metro 2033 on ultra i get around 40-50 fps?
what would you rather recommend another gtx660Ti and sli the bad boys or get something like a Radeon 7970?
