GTX 650 Ti VS HD 7750

Why GTX 650 Ti's performance is better than HD 7750? In fact HD 7750 have a good HSF with heat pipe. So Anybody can explain me?
And can GTX 650 Ti run at Simbada PSU 450w (not pure) and how does it perform in proccesor dual core? How about HD 7750?

Simple: the fan and heatsink did not affect have nothing to do with gpu core being use inside. GTX650 Ti will eat 7750 for breakfast. In fact 650Ti is much faster than 7770 as well. Neverheard about simbada psu beforebut you better get trusted unit inside your pc.
