Quick question guys as I can't find any answer on this and some random people on the internet keep saying random stuff lol.

I play video games barely ever.. and only play CS 1.6 and CS:GO (on low settings) - runs on source engine.

I dont have a dedicated GPU.. but just use my on-board HD 4000 GPU that came with my CPU.

Main question:
Is it bad if i keep using it and it'll fry my motherboard?

Thanks!

I guess it would be pretty bad if your motherboard would be fried. Is there any particular reason as to why you think it could fry your motherboard? Like does it make your CPU run too hot or something?

even under heavy loads, it shouldn't burn the motherboard. Since you only play CS GO/ other small tasks. I don't think it has any chance of harming your motherboard. That's how the intel graphics are designed to run.

no no nothing is wrong with it, nor does it get hot.. i just dont want to continue playing if it does any damage though in the long-run..
