So as the title says which is the better choice since these two cards on the same price? Maybe someone who got one of these cards can help me?

Intrested in cooling, some gaming experience.

Not really intrested in Oc-ing maybe if i Oc i try to achive the highest possible without Voltage increase.

I hope someone can help me.

Your can't really OC without increasing voltage, best you could get is about +50MHz on the core which wouldn't really translate into any real, noticeable performance boost.

They're both excellent at cooling, but Asus wins slightly because it's a 3-slot cooler which means it'll take up 3 PCI lanes on your motherboard. Sapphire is still considered the overall best manufacturer of high-end AMD graphics cards so I say go for Sapphire HD 7950.

If you go for the Asus anyway, make sure it won't conflict with any existing PCI/PCI-E cards you might have in your systems (or that you might get in the future) and that it fits inside your case.
