Need help choosing Power Supply

What's an ideal PSU for this specific build:

Antec 300 Chassis
Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H motherboard
Intel Xeon E3 1290 processor

I don't know much about Power Supply units, or what amount of power is required for the CPU + Motherboard. Please help me out.
