  1. Awesome, but needs thinner bezels. That would be very annoying to look at constantly.
  2. Where was this a year ago, AMD? Everyone who wants a dual gpu card either has a 690 or bought two 7970's.
  3. Cool. Now I just want Samsung get those bendable OLED screens out, so we have no bezels to deal with.

Haha, that was my first thought. "That would be awesome if it didn't feel like looking through a barred window..."
  5. I will have to sell a kidney to get one...
  6. It would work great for a prison cell simulator game.
  7. Needs bezelless monitors to truly enjoy the goodnes!

  9. The bid on ebay is up to $27,600... You could get 27 GTX Titan cards, is this card really 27 times faster then the GTX Titan??
  10. I would like to get all warm and gooey over this, but as others have noted, the Bezels are a buzz-kill.
  11. Definitely for the enthusiast. Hardware has surpassed the capability of the software yet again. Considering most have one or two monitors; needing five monitors to push a single card...While sweet...I think I'll pass.
  12. I agree with others here, I'd be interested in an ultra wide curved screen, but not multiple monitors. The bezel ruins it for me, even thinner ones.
  13. Awesome news. This means I get to hold out for another week and see the benchmarks of this card then make my move. It will either be this, GTX 690, Titan, 680SLI or the new MSI 7970 OC TFIII..decision decision! And they better price this right. Imagine if they were to sell this for $700-800?
  14. Why does it look like they're just running the in game benchmark with different people sitting in front of it?
  15. Thanks AMD for showing us all why we hate monitor makers for their price fixing and sniffled innovation.
  16. Multi-monitor gaming is pretty pointless since most of your attention is focused on what's directly in front of you i.e in the middle. This is proven science. But you don't really need science for proof; notice how no one ever games with an even number of monitors? It's always an odd number of monitors. Why? Because there's always a monitor in the middle, where 95% of your attention will be.

Totally agree - I'd much rather have a 2650x1440 or a 2650x1080 monitor than 3x1080p monitors. Maybe just as expensive, but games would run more smoothly.
