What is the fastest 2tb HDD ?

I want to buy an HDD for gaming But i can't decide i wanted to buy a WD velociraptor but i didn't find any that come in sizes larger than 1tb so i wanted to know what is the fastest 2tb HDD that cost about no more than 400$ ?
And i already have a 512Gb OCZ vector SSD .

The Seagate ST2000DM001 has average Read/Write speeds of 156MB/s, and a maximum Read speed of 210MB/s.
