So I am building a PC and I know that I have to play games on Ultra (Espeically the 200 person pvp in Elder Scrolls Online). My main thing is, I want to be able to record my game play and posting the HD video online without much lag.

So I already bought the Core i7 3770k, I just have no idea in terms of graphics cards what I need. I was told I need to do something called SLI or Corssfire. My budget will be around 200-300 (more if its absolutely necessary). Suggestions please!

Assuming that you are playing @1080p, single GPU will be enough. you don't need sli or cross fire which means dual GPUs working together as Elder Scrolls Online depend much more on CPU "CPU intensive game".
and for the recording you need a good SSD
I recommend HD 7950 best card for 300$ and any good SSD

So in your opinion should the choice to go for the Intel i7 3770k fine since its an CPU intensive game? Also I forgot to mention that I will be going dual monitor (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005BZNEVQ/ref=pe_309540_26725...) one playing the game and the other maybe just browsing guides/other side stuff. The HD 7950 should still be fine right?

3770k is the fastest CPU you can get for gaming ,, and of course the HD 7950 will make you more than happy ^^
