I think any of those cards will do.

Personally I lean towards GTX 660 Ti SLI more than anything.

You get some great performance out of those two.

A GTX 660 Ti, is essentially a GTX 670.

I have a hard time spending $295 for a video card, is it worth it for the GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB? and if I had to choose between the GeForce GTX 660 2GB and the GeForce GTX 660 3GB would the extra GB be worth the money in my case?

It's hard to justify $100 more for the Ti version. An extra $40 for the extra VRAM seems like a waste since you are only going to game on a single 1080 monitor. It looks like the lowest priced GTX 660 2GB with the free game is the best option.

If you really wanted to bump up to the GTX 660 Ti on Newegg, then here is the best option at the moment:
Galaxy GTX 660 Ti GC w/free Metro: Last Light for $255 after rebate, factory overclocked at 1006 MHz with nice custom cooling.

The GTX 660's are a real good deal right now, but there's about a 14% performance difference with the Ti version.

I want to stick to EVGA because they have a program where if they release a card within the next 6 months after you buy the card you can trade it in for the difference in price and I am thinking maybe the 760 will be out by then. Is there a big performance jump between the GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST and GeForce GTX 660 2GB?

According to the chart, about 10% difference, 4% if you are looking at the Superclocked Boost card.
