Trying to upgrade my pc

Processor
- AMD A4-5300 processor
- 3.4 GHz
- 1 MB cache memory

RAM
- 4 GB (1 x 4 GB)
- DDR3
- Upgradeable to 32 GB DDR3

Graphics card
- AMD Radeon™ HD 7480D
- Acceleration
- 2 GB dedicated
(looking to upgrade to a 7750)

Hard drive
1 TB hard drive, SATA 6G (7200 rpm)

windows 8

added a new PSU
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360622233044&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123

and a new Sapphire HD 7770 graphics card

Issue im having is when I plug 6 pin in and monitor to new graphics card, I get 4/5 short beeps and a blank monitor, unplug the 6 pin and plug the monitor back into main port, PC works fine.

I cant find out why this is doing it, some people have said go to BIOS and disable current card, but cant find it on there.

Is the PSU not good enough (Was told it was)
Could graphics card be faulty? (its new)

Im getting really frustrated with the whole thing, im not a PC tech but followed a lot of advice,

could be a bad mother board socket, or the PSU can't handle it. In my opinion OCZ Is a terrible brand. I have RMA'd both the products I bought from them and they still shit the bed.

AMD A Series CPU have integrated graphics. Try to disable the on board graphics and then install your card.

I know its not the best psu, but it looks like you have sufficient amperage on the 12v rails. I feel like the psu is not your problem.

You could try disbelieving/uninstalling the integrated graphics in device manager before inserting and installing your new graphics card.
Click on the Start Orb.
In the Start Search box type: device manager and then press enter.
Go to Display adapters and right click the integrated graphics.

It is always a possibility. But i believe the one you have should be sufficient for a 7770. I would explore other options before replacing it.

It normally is, When you plugged your graphics card into the pci slot, Did you plug in the connector from the power supply to graphics card?

4 beeps usually means that the motherboard is not detecting the gpu. I would say try the following. (this is after uninstalling or integrated graphics drivers from device manager.)

-Try reseating your graphics card. try a different 6 pin connector if your psu has more then one.
-Update your bios on motherboard
