I need help on my first pc build, I need to know a motherboard/mainboard that can support overclocking for both the CPU and and later on the GPU, and can support all the parts below.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also, am I missing anything besides the motherboard/mainboard?
For example, does the CPU cooler come with the CPU?
Are all the cables included in the items? My biggest concern is that the parts I have aren't compatible with eachother, could you please tell me if thet aren't? Since I am completely new to this I don't know what to look for, so your advice could really help me.

My Motherboard budget is around 120 Euros ( 150 dollars)

I prefer the sapphire vapor-x 7970 to the his x2, but it's pretty good.

You don't need 800 watts for a 7970 unless you want to do crossfire.

A stock fan comes with the cpu, which is a bit underkill for that gpu. I would get an fx 8350 and a cooler master hyper 212 evo for a cpu cooler. Not trying to increase your budget too much here, so I won't recommend the 3570k.

For the motherboard, look for an asrock, such as the extreme4. Best value and good quality imo. Put the cash you save into a better cpu and a cpu cooler.

The parts you listed will work, but my changes would help.
