Asus 7850 1gb crossfire, BF3 freezes :(

System: FX 8320 (overclocked to 4100)
PSU - 750 80+ bronze collermaster.
RAM - 8 gb Corsair XMS3 1600ghz
Motherboard - Asrock Extreme 3 990fx
Graphics - 2xAsus 7850 1gb

Single card FPS 60+ ultra BF3 (tested both), crossfire freezes, fps 15-20.
Could somebody help?

As far as I'm aware BF3 doesent like overclocking of any sort and I may have heard that multi gpu is not any different, try running in non-crossfire, I'm almost sure one should handle the game fine.

for starters crossfire is a marketing gimmick at best, gives an inflated fps but doesn't deliver those results on screen. You have 1gb cards so you have a limitation right away as bf3 will fill up your vram. turn down the texture detail settings and/or aa to gain some vram and try again. make sure you have crossfire application profiles installed, crossfire bridge installed.

ya, that's realy lame how you pay for 2 cards and get only 1 frame buffer, may as well buy 1 1/2 cards. lol!
