I need help getting the best monitor for my money

I ordered a Radeon HD 7850 and my Screen is kinda crappy ive been using a 720p 22" TV (this one - LE220EM3 by Emerson) i don't think i am getting the best display with this screen now that i have an HD 7850. So i was wondering what screen i should get with the money i plan on spending - I am spending about $150 - $180 at most. i was thinking about getting this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236117R. If you guys can find anything better (i don't care to much if its open box, just cant be broken or scratched obviously) please let me know. Thanks ahead of time
