i3-3220 with gtx 650 ti vs i5-3470 with hd 7770

main purpose for the build is gaming i play all kinds of games only single player
which of these combination would give me more future proofing
resolution-1366x768
ram-8gb
settings-medium
MoBo-gigabyte b75
psu-corsair vs 450
i need this build to last at least 3-4 years i wont mind turning settings to low but i should get at least 30 fps

if you want it to last 3-4 years, go with the i5 and 7770, at least then you can upgrade that down the road. But i think i saw this earlier in which i gave you options on other amd cpus, since you didnt go that route just go with the i5 and 7770
