upgrade of graphics card and open cl version

How do I upgrade my graphics card on muy dell Inspiron 400 Zino HD running windows 8 and a AMD Athlon(tm) X2 dual processor 3250 e 1.50 mhz, with currently a ATI RADEON HD3200 graphics card with opencl 1.1 . what you recomend to be compatible and increases the open CL version too

you can't its intergrated and there is no way you can install a gpu.
