Windows 8 Server Won't Boot

I built a Windows 8 Server back in June, but a couple of months ago the server randomly crashed and wouldn't turn back on. I was using RDP to mess with the server so I haven't been able to troubleshoot it until now where I borrowed an extra monitor.

Today I tried to troubleshoot it not really expecting anything, but the computer booted right into Windows 8. About a minute after I logged in the computer shut down without any warning (screen went black, power went off). When I turned the PC back on I got the error:

"Something about repairing your PC and the error code 0xc000000e"

Upon booting it again power is going to my server but I'm not able to see anything on my monitor or perform any functions, my server is pretty much lifeless. Does this mean my hard-drive is dead or something? This is a real pain, hopefully I was descriptive enough.

Gear:
ASUS M5A97 Motherboard
16GB RAM
Western Digital Red 1TB
AMD Bulldozer 8120

Hello GergBroChill,
1. Since when are you facing this issue?
2. Any recent changes made to the computer?
Method 1:
Unplug all the external devices and try booting and check.
Method 2:
Check if you are able to boot in safe mode or not:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode
If yes,I suggest you to put the computer inclean boot state and check.
To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
Refer the link below for more details:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista:

Note:
After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps in the above article to reset the computer to start as usual.
If not,try perfomring astartup repair and check:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows8/What-are-the-system-recovery-options-in-Windows-8
Method 3:
If not, I suggest you toRebuild the BCD store manually by using the Bcdedit.exe tool.
Refer step 3 to do the same in the below article:
