I swear if these parts aren't compatible I'm going to not even build a PC. I want these parts for a decent gaming rig and a good fps count when recording. I'm on a 600 dollar budget.

AMD Phenom II X4 965 AM3 3.4Ghz 512KB 45NM 125W 4000MHZ

MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Corsair - 8GB DDR3 SDRAM Memory Module

MSI - Desktop Motherboard - AMD 970 Chipset - Socket AM3+

Seagate - Barracuda 500GB Internal Hard Drive for Desktops

Samsung 24x SATA DVD¡ARW Internal Drive without Software, Black SH-224BB/BEBE

Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX500)

RAIDMAX Altas ATX-295WB Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Hi lethalmaster117!

All parts are compatible, though you seem to be missing the power supply. I'd suggest going for a ~500w unit, preferrably by a reputable manufacturer like SeaSonic, XFX, Antec or Corsair.

If I might ask, why the choice of the 965? If it is not due to budget constraints, then I suggest getting an i5-3570K as it has the best performance of all the cpu's.

Purpose of build? Budget? Overclocking?
Like scragnoff said, you didn't list a psu. I'm assuming the case comes with one. DON'T USE THAT ONE. Raidmax is a horrible psu maker, I suggest grabbing something like the Corsair CX500. They are not the best, but they're cheap.

Sorry I forgot to add PSU, I am on a budget constraint but I will upgrade later. I updated the list, it has one on it.

Sorry I didn't have the PSU it's on there now. Also I do want to over clock but if it can't I'm perfectly fine with it. It's basically a gaming pc I want to use for Bf3 on max settings on 1080p, just mainstream graphic heavy games and also a decent fps when recording.

I'm surprised that almost everything is from Newegg o-o.
-Cheap, quad core processor. Really good for the price.
-970 board which will allow overclocking. You will need an aftermarket cpu cooler to overclock, but I couldn't fit one in the budget. If you want, you can downgrade to a Radeon HD 7850 to fit in a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO.
-Cheap ram. 8gb with CAS9 and 1600mhz under $50 is considered cheap now.
-Standard 1tb HDD with 64mb cache and 7200rpm.
-Cheap 7870 Ghz Edition. Will play games well and overclock really good.
-Standard case with usb 3.0, blue LEDs and a nice side panel.
-Corsair CX500M is the same price as the non-modular one after rebates. If you don't want to do the rebate, just grab the non-modular version
-Standard optical drive.
