you can max anything on 720p resolution.....
Going to 1440*900, turn down AA to 2x and you'll be good to go....
I am playing crysis 3 (everything max) on my gtx650 at a resolution os 1366*768(AA set to 2x) and the hd7770 beats my 650 by a little margin, so you can roughly estimate.....

You can get 45 FPS on high (1920x1080) with that card. Turn off AA and you're good to go

anti aliasing.....
it helps to smoothen out the jagged lines appearing on a curved object......

it makes the game look better even on low resolutions......
