that's an awesome build, close to the one im planning to get, if you're going to do OC i recommend a cpu cooler

I have't done any OC before but i think with this one i am going to try. A hyper 212 evo ? I understood they are quite good

What is that psu...I'm strongly against getting that psu. Grab one from Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Antec. A cheap one would be the Corsair CX500 (The semi-modular version is the same price after rebate so if you're going to do rebates then grab the semi-modular one CX500M)
The 7850 isn't the strongest in gaming, but it will do nice in most modern games. What games do you plan on playing?
The Hyper 212 is by far the best budget cpu cooler.

Get the FX6300 and Extreme4 AM3+ motherboard, and with the money saved, get a better GPU. You should never spend more on the CPU than the GPU. Games use the graphics more than the CPU.
