Which Windows 7 edition best for gaming in mind?

Hey everyone!
I'm going to be building a PC and I don't have an OS so that hinders things a bit. I want to buy a Windows 7 (no one dare recommend Windows 8 or I'll shoot something) but I'm not sure which one; Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate. I know enough about PC's to know that either one I'll get the 64-Bit edition but yeah. I just want to know what you guys reckon. Oh and I'll be using it mainly for gaming, rendering from time to time and the usual daily apps. Thanks

I would say Home Premium, as the other skews offer nothing that would enhance you're gaming experiance. There are advanatages in other areas like Bitlocker, but if drive encrytion is unimportant, then it's all irrelevent.

Home Premium or Professional at best, and it's an x64 copy since you'll be boosting your RAM for gaming.
