700 watts enough?

is a 700 watt psu enough for:
phenom || x4 965 @4,0 ghz
asrock 970 extreme3
sapphire hd 7870 xt
corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz
1 HDD
5 case fans

Ok thanks but a 7870 xt is not regular 7870 it uses waaay more power
