Airflow w/ Antec Kuhler 620 HELP!

Which one for you is the best airflow. Iam from Philippines its summer here room temperature 32 Celsius (Aircon is off). @5.0Ghz Idle is 18~27 Celsius, Max Load (prime95) 58~65Celsius.

My specs:
Amd FX8350 @ 5.0Ghz
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
Antec Kuhler 620 (push/pull)
His Radeon 7870 2gb
Crucial Ballisticx Tracer 8GB
Cooler Master Scout 2

Honestly the 3rd option I think is best. Hot air always rises so having all your intake fans at the bottom and the exhaust fans at the top is best.
