In the future, it would be gracious of you to name the parts rather than just a link. Saves most people from loading 3 tabs just to find out what they are. The FTW is the best one out of the three that you listed.

Why would you not get a 3570K over the 3570 if you're looking to overclock?

srry forgot to get the k and yes i will get that one and is the mobo good ? or get better one or cheaper better like ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard, but not expensive i think i dont need that cooling armor thingy as my case is big cas-18 eleven-an or named as Antec eleven hundred gaming case

They will all work fine. As for the mobo you can get something cheaper if you don't need the onboard wifi.

Something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Or even a micro ATX board. Performance difference across Z77 boards are near negligible, reliability is most important. And then of course with the features you want.
