Rampage iv extreme OR Asus P9 x79-E WS ??

hi there ,
am currently building a new pc for video editing and gaming too , and i was about to get the rive till i discovered that Asus will release a new motherboard about the end of this month .. some say it will be more expensive than the rive so my question is :

is it worth it to wait for this one ? will it be better than the rive or its just the same thing in blue ? i just feel that the rampage is becoming old by now.. so what do you think guys ?

the board will not affect your video editing. there will be no difference

as for a board choice, id pick up the gigabyte x79 up4 for 249.99. better onboard components for much less
