Hello.
I need help in choosing a best price/performance hardware for a new PC to buy this-next week. I'm buying it for quite a long-time period.
Usage: mainly games (70-90%), some video recording and video editing, some work with virtual machines, 2d graphics and probably some 3d graphics.

Money: 500-520$.

Components:

Case (up to 65$)- I don't know much about them, but I need an anti-dust one with a decent airflow for the price, size and appearance don't matter.
Motherboard (up to 65$) - no idea on this.
PSU (up to 65$) - with detachable cables.
CPU (around 115$) - I think of an AMD fx 8300 / 6300, probably will overclock (have no experience in this).
Cooler (around 32$) - I think of a Cooler master hyper 212 evo.
GPU (around 115$) - I think of a radeon hd 7770 1GB (there are many editions - Gigabyte GV-R777OC-1GD, Sapphire 11201-12-20G, ASUS, ASUSTek, etc., I'd like to know what is better and what differences do they have).
RAM (up to ~65$) - 2x4GB, one-sided (for simultaneous access, is better?) I think of a Kingston KVR13N9S8/4, Kingston KVR16N11S8/4 or AMD memory AE34G1609U2.
HDD (up to ~65$) - 1 or 2 TB, reliability first, then performance. I found yet WD10EZEX and ST1000DM003, but looks like they have some operational problems.

If there is any significantly better hardware for +25$, I'll go with it. Also I need suggestions with a components price balance.
Prices in my country sometimes vary considerably from newegg and some of the hardware is not avaliable so I need several choises on each item.

In addition it would be cool if someone suggest several monitors for 160-180$ max.

Thanks in advance.

You want several monitors for $160-$180 or $160-$180 per monitor?

I did some study on hardware, yet this is what I've highlighted (all prices are converted)
CPU: Didn't find fx 8300 even on international shops, so I think of going with fx 6300 (114$).
PSU: choosing from
46A Corsair Builder CX600M 600W (~82$)
~42A OCZ OCZ600MXSP 600W 80+ (~82$)
40A Seasonic S12 II SS-520GB 520W (91,4$)
Which one is preferable ? Is there something cheaper and better?
GPU: radeon hd 7770 Sapphire/HIS (~102$)

RAM: Patriot Gamer 2 Series is rather hard to find here. Need more suggestions on this.

Chosen RAM: Crucial Ballistix BLT2C4G3D1608ET3LX0CEU (66$)

Studied motherboards and cases (converted prices):
Motherboard: The MSI 970A-G46 (75$) is blacklisted here - http://www.overclock.net/a/database-of-motherboard-vrm-failure-incidents .
I think of going with ASUS M5A97 R2.0 (83$).
Case: hard to choose
GIGABYTE GZ-G1 Plus (~54$)
Corsair Carbide Series 300R (~76$)
CoolerMaster HAF 912 (~83)
NZXT Source 210 Elite Black (~67$)
Antec Three Hundred (~76$)
Zalman Z11 (~67$)
Zalman Z9 Plus (~64$)
Any suggestions on these or others?

Monitor: preferable anti-glare one, 1920x1080, image quality first, then response time.

Thanks for replying.
