Best High-End Budget Build

Let me know what you think about this build, as well as any suggestions. While I was putting it together I was going for the lowest price possible with the highest-end, top benchmarking performance.

Do you think the PSU is overkill? How much watts max do you think it'll need. Take into consideration that the CPU and GPU will most likely be overclocked to its full potential.

I'm not sure about the Power Supply. The price is nice though it lacks reviews. I read one where it had nice results but I also saw some guy write on a forum that it wasn't good because it's "FSP Raider" ...not sure what that means.
