Is it a new graphics card or one you've had for a long time?

If it's a new one I'd recommend removing old drivers for the previous graphics card, then reinstalling the new ones. Also try changing PCI port and changing your cable for your monitor.

If it's worked before and suddenly gone bad, I'd checking if you've recently updated drivers for it. Try downgrading your drivers to an older (known stable) version. If that doesn't help you're most likely going to have to replace it.

its not new but I've only had it about 5-6 months and I've tried a different port and it still comes up with the same screen I also get a red light on my mb for vga. I would downgrade but it wont display anything apart from the white striped flashing screen I know its not my ssd or my hdd because I unplugged them and it still comes up the same screen
