CPU STUCK AT SAMe TEMPERATURE

I have a problem.My cpu (Intel Core 2 Duo E6300,on Asus P5DL2-SE) is always at 59°...it shows 59° in bios hardware monitor aswell as in SpeedFan and its really sad because i recently applied new thermal paste and updated my bios but same temps are still there.Someone help if you know.just to tell that both of my cpu sides are taken off and my nVidia 8800GT 1GB is always cold at 29° so if someone could help i would appreciate it
