Hey guys, I've decided to try get my computer to get a bit cooler as there isn't much airflow at this moment. First off, I need a 120mm back case fan, and perhaps advice on what they connect to, as I've not connected one before. Secondly, I will be looking for a better CPU fan and heatsink. Preferably both reasonably priced, and fairly quiet.
Any advice and recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
AMD FX-6100 (3.3ghz though may attempt overclocking)
750W PSU (Generic, but will be replacing soon enough)
Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
