Sprint's WiMax aussie

It depends on if your goal is to actually use the sprint system or if it is to build toys to mess with. If you were to spend $10 on a commercial antenna you will be much better off. You want to avoid using any cable if you can, in most cases home built stuff will lose more in the cable that you gain with the antenna.

Although you can get a antenna that says it is designed for 2.5 it likely isn't all the different than a 2.4 antenna that are extremely common. Antenna have a pretty broad range of frequencies.

If you really want to build one just follow the instructions for a 2.4 it not like you are using materials that have close enough tolerances to let you tune it to a frequency anyway.
