I don't know whether to go with MSI MPower LGA 1155, MSI Z77A-GD65 Z77 DDR3 1600 LGA 1155, MSI Z77x-UD3H, or Gigabyte Z77x-UD3H? I want "the best bang for my buck" motherboard. I will build around whatever motherboard is best. Thanks for any help. Also, when you make a suggestion, please list what other products should go with it, such as an OS, CPU, PSU, and Memory. Just the basis of what needs to go with the motherboard. Again, thanks for any help.

The problem with this is I don't know what you want to do with it. Is this for gaming? Do you have a budget to respect. How much hard drive space do you want, what video card do you want to use.
When building a computer, It is best to find the components you want to use, and then select a motherboard fitting that.

It's going to be for gaming. I also have a budget of about $1000 give or take. I want to use a Radeon 6800 which I have already, and I want to use Windows 8.

You should get the gigabyte z77-Ud3h. It has great user-friendly features and an easy setup. I recommend

CPU: I recommend the i5-3570k. The i7 is not worth the extra hundred bucks and hyper-threading has a marginal effect on gaming. If you are planning to OC, You should get an after-market CPU cooler such as the cooler master hyper 212 evo. You'll also need thermal compound, and the best is usually arctic silver 5.

Ram: This really depends on whether you want a color scheme inside your case or not. The z77-ud3h has Dual-Channel Memory, so you'll have to get ram in multiples of two. For gaming, you really don't need more than 8 gb of Ram. The clock speed, however is a factor, and you'll want DDR3 1600.

Really just pick and choose which one appeals to you most from this list. Just remember to order two.

PSU: This is probably the most pivotal component in your computer. Get a shitty PSU, and your whole computer could fry in a second. For your build a 750 watt psu will do the trick.
Corsair makes really reliable PSUs.

The rest is really up to you. Browse Newegg, research stuff.
