Hi guys i need help with cloning HDD - SSD

Well i followed this guide http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid+state-drive-without-reinstalling-windows

And after i cloned it and formatted my HDD, it wont function properly anymore. Please guys, i really need help with this one. Thanks in advance!

What exactly happens? and what are your system specs?

Are you cloning to and SSD but using it in the same system?

Anyone? please? if you'd want we can have a video chat so i can show it to you properly! I would greatly appreciate any help.

Okay so after it boots up it would show starting windows... then it would say preparing your desktop (it would be like that for about 3 mins) then it would just show a blank screen. I tried ctrl+alt+del and it works and it shows the task manager. That's pretty much everything i can do.
