Is this a good build for $600?

Hi guys, I just wanna know what do you think about this rig.

Beforehand, i wasn't looking for the best graphic performance or FPS, this build is basically to run AutoCAD Civil 3D, Some Renders in Google SketchUp (Simple Renders) and of course a decent Gaming, mostly for RPG games (AION, Tera Online, Dragon Nest ...).

MotherBoard ASUS
4Gb RAM DDR3 Corsair Vengeance
1Tb Hard Drive WD Caviar Black
nVidia GeForce GT 640 2Gb DDR3
Corsair CV600 PSU

So let me know what are your thoughts about this almost "Cheap Build", and what are your choices of a better DDR3 Graphics Card 'cause i can only afford DDR3 Cards.

GDDR5 for 10 more dollars, plus a 10 dollar rebate, unless you found a killer deal on the 640 or you aren't in the US. Couldn't find any info on the PSU, but you can probably pick up a 500w Corsair for a bit cheaper to make up the GPU difference, or maybe to go towards more RAM.

Yeah, i'm not in the U.S, and where I am located right now the DDR5 GPU costs too much, just by doing the monetary conversion it'll cost like $150 dollars only the 1Gb Cards ... So no DDR5 for me, although i'm really hopping that I can upgrade this build in a near future (Using a Thermaltake V4 Case)
