First Gaming Build-Need Opinions

Well i would just like your guys opinions on my build. This is what i ordered for Newegg:

Case: COOLER MASTER CM Storm Series Trooper
UPS: CyberPower Intelligent LCD Series GreenPower 810Watts
Monitor: BenQ XL2420T
3D: NVIDIA NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses Kit
Heatsink: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Surge Protector: BELKIN BE112230-08
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus V Formula/Assassins C3
GPU: GIGABYTE SOC gtx 680
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro 128GB
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
Hard drive: Western Digital WD Blue 1T
Opticle drive: ASUS 24X DVD Burner

Well what do you think? I spent some(well a lot) of time doing the research, has that time been put to use???

And did i miss anything

Yeah everything seems fine

The UPS wasn't necessary. Same for the surge protector. The Maximus V is a bit overkill. An ASrock Extreme4 would've been better. No need to spend the money to buy parts with features you won't use, or maybe you will then in this case I would be wrong. You should have gotten a GTX 670 and overclocked it to 680 levels. Too bad you already ordered, next time, ask first then order

ya i know the ups and the surge protector are just extras but i just wanted to be safe. The main reason i got that MOBO is sorta because it matches the rest of the build. and that GPU, i heard about overclocking the 670 to a 680 but i wasn't sure about overclocking, and don't know how, so i got one that is already overclocked and that can be OC even more.

Was there anything else that seemed a little sketchy

I would have gotten a Fractal Design Define R4 instead. All in all it's a fantastic build.
