CPU fan connector stopped working

I have an ASRock z75 Pro3 motherboard and the CPU fan 2 connector no longer powers my fans. It's not a huge issue because I have other connectors open I was just wondering if this is something that happens from time to time or if I did something to break it.

this does not sound like it would supposed to be happening. try using another connector. If that does not work, get a new fan or save up for a water cooler, those can leak but i have never seen any leakage before. Hoped it helped!
