ARMA 2 Texture errors

This isn't my computer this is my friends computer fyi. I have uninstalled and reinstalled his game already and am currently installing it again as we speak, I am not sure why it does this and it does it in full screen and minimized mode no matter what the graphic settings are set at. He meets the system reqs for the game via canirunit except for his graphics card but this should not be an issue because my brother also uses an integrated graphics card and can run it just fine, his computer also has a better processor than my brothers. Also I updated his drivers and everything on the computer and now im just not sure what to do.

Have you tried re-installing? Another thing it could be is you have somehow put your "3D Resolution" settings from 100% to something lower. Put it up again.

I have tried reinstalling it twice now, I will try adjusting his integrated gpu setting to 'performance' rather than the middle like its defaulted to. I will post back with an update.
