Well despiste my processor (fx8350) my POV GTX 680 EXO 4GB is on the way, and i'm planning on adding a physx dedicated card from my previous build, and it is a BFG GTX285 OC edition, and my question is: will every component do it's job properly without bottlenecking? My ram memory is 16gb ddr3 1600mhz and my resolution will always be 1080p

Well it should all work together, but maybe not efficiently. The GTX 285 will produce a lot of heat, noise, and power usage while only being useful in your PhysX games. With a GTX 680, you might not need a dedicated PhysX card, and a GTX 285 might actually slow it down.

But the first question is, what GPU-accelerated PhysX games do you intend to play?

Be sure to test it with and without the 285 for PhysX. Use Batman as that is the most demanding. There isn't a lot of data on which cards make good PhysX cards, so it's good to test it out and see what works best.
