hi guys,

I bought a dell inspiron n4010 14r i5 around 2 years ago. when I first had it, it had a amd hd 5470 graphic card. but now after I sent it to service, there is no amd//ati hd graphics detected.it only shows intel hd graphics...

You can try to run dxdiag.exe and it should tell you what type of graphics card you have installed. Click on start, then on run and type in dxdiag.exe. If you don't have the run option simply do a search for dxdiag.exe and run it.

open up control panel > System > Device Manager, from here click on the drop down for Display Adapters , it will list all cards / integrated cards you have.
even if they are not instaleld properly.
