How can I know whether or not a tablet can play Youtube videos at 1080p?

Some tablets say in the description that they can play 1080p video, but I know that often this doesn't mean that they can play 1080p youtube videos for one reason or another.

Read some reviews about the tablet. Generally, any name brand dual core tablet can play HD video. ASUS, Kindle, Nook Tablet, etc..
