hi looking at new comp and i better getting a hd7850 card with lower cpu or 7770 card with a higher cpu? looking for gaming system

For a gaming system your graphics card matters the most. So get the HD7850 card with the lower CPU.

thanks i have 1000 for the tower rig .ave everything else but in new zealand comp parts are dear.can anyone recommend a good system for a 1000

for around a thousand youre looking at an i5 3570k sort of range, itll be tight but that cpu is best for gaming atm. this is also in the wrong thread, needs moving. but an i53570 with a z77 mobo, maybe an 128/64gb ssd , 5-600w psu .. ect..
