i opened a new post because i feared my last one was not clear, and did not pass my will so i decided to try again :)

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: next few days

Budget Range: 2400~2700$

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
gaming + recording and skyping
browsing and normal pc usage

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: i own a sound card that i want to use so ill require a free
pci-e x4 slot

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com

Location: new york

Parts Preferences:
gtx 690 (if its actually possible, because ive seen 2500$ builds with two 680's)

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (Dell h2311hm)

Additional Comments:
I know getting a 2.7k pc is too much for a 1920x1080 but im still into it.
i want a case that is comfortable to operate, somewhat quite and that looks sleek

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: im bored and games are my love, no need for more explaining :)
