Cool build, are you planning on xfiring or going with multiple gpu? Cause if you are not going to a 550W would do fine to save you some money and you might add that to your HDD size.

Looks good, but drop down to a 500-550W PSU. Why? Plenty of power for one GPU. If you plan on adding a second GPU then 700W is perfect.

Are you buying this month? If no hurry, you may want to wait for July. Haswell should have i5s for sale.

If you don't need the new computer today then I'd wait. Prices of the new i5s will be similar to Ivy Bridge.
